This diagram shows the governance of Union InVivo.
The highest level of governance the Union InVivo board of directors: The Board of Directors determines strategic guidelines under the annual supervision of the General Meeting, attended by all the Union's member cooperatives.
Then we have the Union InVivo Bureau: The Bureau prepares the decisions to be taken by the Board of Directors. It comprises the chair and the seven vice-chairmen (administering the business monitoring committees and cross-functional committees).
We also have the business monitoring committees and the cross-functional monitoring committees: These committees inform the decision-making and support the work of the Board of Directors.
The executive committee plays a central role: As a cross-functional decision-making body, the Executive Committee acts as a bridge between the two levels of governance. It monitors the performance and results of the different divisions and oversees strategic projects defined by the Board of Directors.
At the second level, we have the supervisory board of InVivo Group: It supervises the Management Board's implementation of the strategic guidelines defined by the Board of Directors. It is composed of the Union Bureau members.
Then we have the InVivo group management board : Its members are appointed for six years by the Supervisory Board and are vested with the broadest powers to manage the InVivo Group company collectively.
